USDS is owned by Alex Rodriguez and Dominic Lopez. It's veteran-owned, licensed and insured, and small enough that the people who answer the phone are the people who show up. That's deliberate — when a company gets big enough that nobody owns the outcome, the work shows it.
We started in Streamwood and moved the base to St. Charles as the work moved west. How We Work
Camera first. You see the problem on screen — location, depth, condition — before you approve anything, and we can hand over the footage for your records or an insurance claim. Then a straight price, before the work starts, not after. If the same drain keeps clogging we go looking for the cause instead of selling you the same rodding twice a year. See what we stand behind.
